Kiera Stewart

Kiera Stewart is an author of three novels for teens and tweens: Fetching (Disney-Hyperion), How to Break a Heart (Disney-Hyperion), and The Summer of Bad Ideas (HarperCollins), which was translated into German and published by Carlsen as Dumme Ideen fur einen guten Sommer. Her qualifications for writing for this young audience include never having gotten wisdom teeth. Despite this being the case, she is currently at work on a brand new novel for grown folks, and only partly so she can earn a tagline like, "from middle-schoolers to middle-agers, this writer's got range!"

As an author, Kiera is represented by Holly Root of Root Literary Agency. In addition to writing, she teaches yoga and English as a Second Language (ESL). She's lived in four countries and seven U.S. states, but considers Sonoma County, California her home.
